Day 1	Depart USA	Depart USA : Overnight flight to Frankfurt.
Day 2	Frankfurt	Arrive Frankfurt : Welcome to Frankfurt! After check-in, time to relax and unwind. Our afternoon orientation tour of Germany's financial centre, includes the Romer building in the old town. Later we enjoy a Welcome Drink with our Tour Director. Hotel: Sheraton Offenbach
Day 3	Oberammergau	Frankfurt - Oberammergau : This morning we drive south along the Rhine Valley and then head for the picturesque region of Bavaria. First we enjoy an included lunch before continuing to the charming village of Oberammergau to attend the Passion Play performance at 2.30pm. In the interval dinner is included at a restaurant and the play then concludes at 10.30pm. All passengers will be transferred to their overnight accommodation. (Buffet breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
Day 4	Venice	Oberammergau - Venice : After breakfast, we rejoin our Trafalgar touring coach and meet all our fellow travelers before resuming the regular itinerary as we continue to Venice via Innsbruck. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)
Day 5	Florence	Venice - Florence : We savour the sights and sounds of this Byzantine city on our canal cruise to St. Mark's Square, viewing the Bridge of Sighs, Doge's Palace and St. Mark's Basilica before witnessing the ancient craft of Venetian glass-blowing. Later, we make our way to Renaissance Florence where a guided walking tour using our sophisticated audio system, features the cathedral, Signoria Square and visits the Santa Croce Basilica. Tonight we enjoy a Highlight Dinner of local specialties in a typical trattoria. (Buffet breakfast / Highlight dinner) Hotel: Holiday Inn
Day 6	Lucerne	Florence - Lucerne (2 nights) : Time to shop for high quality leather and gold jewelry and the chance to discover one of the many Hidden Treasure of this fascinating city. Then we head north across the Apennines, passing Milan, which lies on the great northern plain of Italy, to the Italian and Swiss Lake Districts via Como and Lugano. Later, we take the scenic St. Gotthard route, which takes us into central Switzerland to picturesque lakeside Lucerne. Why not enjoy an optional folklore show with dinner tonight? Day 7	Lucerne	Lucerne orientation and leisure : Our orientation tour includes a visit to the poignant Lion Monument and a stroll across the Chapel Bridge to the Jesuit Church. There is time to maybe take a trip by cable car and cog railway up nearby Mount Pilatus for stunning Alpine views or to shop for Swiss watches and chocolates. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)
Day 8	Paris	Lucerne - Paris (2 nights) : This morning we head to the French border past Belfort and the remains of the Maginot Line and continue into the wine-producing region of Burgundy with views of the ancient vineyards at Savigny-Les-Beaune. From here our journey brings us to lively Paris. (Buffet breakfast) Hotel: Pullman Rive Gauche
Day 9	Paris	Paris sightseeing and at leisure : Enjoy views of Notre Dame Cathedral and other great monuments on our guided sightseeing tour this morning, which also features the Arc de Triomphe, the Place de la Concorde and the Champs Elysees. We will also ascend to the second level of the Eiffel Tower by elevator, for spectacular views of the city. Then time at leisure to relax or explore further. Tonight, we enjoy a Farewell Dinner with our new-found friends. (Buffet breakfast / Farewell dinner)
Day 10	Return USA	Paris - USA : Time to say "au revoir" to Paris, our Tour Director and touring friends as our memorable tour of Europe comes to an end. There is an airport transfer which will arrive at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport at 8.00, conditions apply. (Buffet breakfast)
