    Day 1AnchorageAnchorage: We'll greet you at the airport and take you to your hotel. Relax and enjoy your overnight stay in downtown Anchorage. Overnight Anchorage.
    Day 2AnchorageAnchorage - Whittier - Anchorage: Travel this morning to the port of Whittier through North America's longest highway tunnel. There you'll embark on a 6-hour cruise excursion into Prince William Sound. You will come face to face with glacier-carved fjords and see the tidewater glaciers of Barry Arm. Bring your binoculars to look for whales, sea otters and myriad seabirds while enjoying your hot lunch on board. Overnight Anchorage. (L)
    Day 3DenaliAnchorage - Denali: Marvel at the unfolding landscape via luxury railcars backed by the spectacular Alaska and Talkeetna ranges and from fertile farmland to marshlands rich with waterfowl. Watch for beaver dams, bald eagle nests, and pairs of graceful Trumpeter swans. You'll cross over Hurricane Gulch via one of the Alaska Railroads many engineering marvels, a 296-foot-high bridge, and pull into the historic Denali station to transfer to your lodge. This afternoon and evening are yours to fill with independent exploration or optional outdoor activities. Overnight Denali.
    Day 4FairbanksDenali - Fairbanks: The Tundra Wilderness Tour takes you along the park road with stops for photo opportunities and Primrose Ridge to see Mt. McKinley in all its glory, weather permitting. Then you'll re-board luxury railcars to travel deeper into Alaska's exquisite interior from the steep cliffs of the Nenana River Canyon. Transfer to your Fairbanks hotel with time for an evening stroll. Overnight Fairbanks.
    Day 5FairbanksFairbanks: Relive the gold rush at its height in Fairbanks. Visit Gold Dredge No. 8 to learn how it worked and have lunch. Pan for gold at El Dorado Gold Camp and learn about modern day gold mining. Then enjoy a ride on the Chena and Tanana rivers aboard an authentic sternwheeler. Overnight Fairbanks. (L)
